Heat Exchanger 30 Plates

Welded plate heat exchangers are flow, countercurrent devices. The heat exchange surface is formed by corrugated stainless steel plates connected in a package by means of copper or nickel solder. The flow of heat exchange fluids is directed into every second channel formed by the heating plates. The exchangers are made entirely of stainless steel as a non-removable construction. The tightness of the structure and permanent bonding of the plates are ensured by the soldering process in a vacuum furnace. The special profiling of the heating plates ensures a high turbulence flow. This enables a very efficient heat exchange and prevents the accumulation of dirt inside the exchanger.

The plate heat exchanger depends on the fireplace insert`s power.
The 30-plate heat exchanger can be used for fireplace inserts from 22 to 30 kW.
